1. Open to everyone. Animated films not accepted.
2. Entries can be based on sustainable development Goals, with subtitles in English.
3. Short film runtimes: short film (3-10 mins), docudrama (5-15 mins), long short film (15-45 mins).
4. Content must be owned or licensed, with permissions for copyrighted material.
5. Upload via Google Drive or Dropbox, not YouTube or Vimeo.
6. The Entry Fee is INR 5/= per film for Students/Institute/College (The film will be accepted only after receiving the entry fee).
7. Selected films cannot be withdrawn before the festival ends.
8. Final decisions by judges are binding.
9. No racist, religion-based, or offensive content allowed.
10. Festival Organizers may change rules anytime.
11. No liability for failures due to force majeure.
